How our furniture is made

An overview of our production approach, from design to the finished piece.

    Product design

    Each piece starts with a design focused on comfort, stackability, strength and easy cleaning.

  2. 02

    Material selection

    We choose plastics such as polypropylene and HDPE according to where the product will be used, including UV-stabilized grades for outdoor furniture.

  3. 03

    Molding

    Furniture is formed using molding processes suited to the product — for example injection molding for chairs and blow molding for table tops.

  4. 04

    Finishing

    Parts are trimmed, assembled where needed and checked for a smooth, consistent finish.

  5. 05

    Inspection & packing

    Finished pieces are inspected before being packed for shipment.
