Cancellation Policy

Before shipment

You may cancel your order at no charge any time before it ships by emailing or calling us with your order reference. Any payment will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

After shipment

Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but you may return it under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Delays

If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will notify you and you may cancel for a full refund.

Cancellations by us

We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a pricing error occurred, or we suspect fraud. You will receive a full refund of any amount paid.
